Automotive Assembly Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
• Inspect and repair engines, suspensions, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Ensure high-quality service and complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Departments for efficient repairs.
• Stay updated with ongoing automotive training and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience working with European or luxury brand vehicles is a plus.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background check, MVR check).
