2 Required Technical Skill Set We are looking for an experienced Confluent Kafka Developer with strong DevOps skills to design, implement, and maintain real-time streaming solutions using Confluent Platform. This role requires expertise in event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and automation for deployment and monitoring.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
  • Strong hands‐on experience with Playwright (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of UI testing concepts and DOM.
  • Experience with API automation using Playwright or other tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)..
Good-to-Have
  • Experience with Cucumber / BDD frameworks.
  • Experience in testing microservices and event-driven architectures.

 Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based automation frameworks.
2 Write clean, modular, reusable and scalable automation scripts in TypeScript/JavaScript.
3 Integrate Playwright automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
4 Perform functional, UI, cross-browser, and regression testing.
5 Identify defects, log detailed reports, and track them to closure.
6 Collaborate with developers, Client, and product owners to clarify requirements.
7 Provide test coverage analysis and ensure automation is integrated into the SDLC.
