Role Summary:
We are seeking an Automation Test Engineer with experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing automation frameworks, converting manual test cases into automated scripts, executing regression suites, analyzing results, and improving overall test quality and coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Understand the regression test scenarios and test cases to develop the automation scripts primarily for CHIPS, FED, and SWIFT (SWF).
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks.
- Identify and prioritize high-value test cases for automation.
- Execute automated test suites across supported environments and browsers.
- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and log defects in the tracking system.
- Maintain execution reports and dashboards highlighting pass/fail rates, defect trends, productivity gains, and automation ROI.
- Perform post-regression analysis to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Track automation coverage, roadmap progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Experience in regression testing, defect management, and test reporting.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting technologies.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Monthly Metrics Dashboard (coverage, execution results, defects, risks, and roadmap progress).
