Automation (RPA) BA

Location– Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Must-Have

• Strong RPA domain knowledge with focus on UiPath (analysis + hands-on understanding).

Experience creating As-Is and To-Be maps, gap analysis, and optimization strategies.

Expertise in MS Visio for building professional process diagrams.

Knowledge of UiPath integrations (API calls, SharePoint, Azure, DB connections).

• Knowledge of GenAl, prompt design, intelligent automation, and AI-based solutions.

• Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDD), define Exceptions, logging and SOPs

• Ability to define functional and technical requirements for automation.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.

• Strong understanding of UiPath capabilities, components, and best practices.

• Knowledge of UiPath integrations including:

• API calls / REST & SOAP services

• SharePoint and OneDrive integrations

• Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud orchestration

• Document understanding, queues, attended/unattended bots

Basic hands-on experience or the ability to understand UiPath workflows & Re-framework is preferred.

Working knowledge of Power Automate flows and environment management.

• Awareness or foundational understanding of Generative AI, Al-powered automation, and cognitive automation tools.

• Exposure to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.

• Hands-on UiPath development or ability to read/debug UiPath workflows.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Understanding of cloud platforms.

• Lead workshops, interviews, and process walks to capture detailed business requirements.
