Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedAutomation Lead Tester to lead automation testing initiatives, develop robust automation frameworks, and guide QA engineers in delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA Automation Engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications.
• Define automation strategy, test plans, and QA approach.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
• Review automation code and ensure quality standards.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot automation failures.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation efficiency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide QA status, metrics, and testing reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation/Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience withSelenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming experience inJava,
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong experience withAPI Testing and REST/SOAP services.
• Experience withPostman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL and database testing.
• Experience withJenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
• Experience withTestNG/JUnit.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience withJira or similar defect management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
