Automation Design Engineer

• Lead the design and development of manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Create complete 3D fixture layouts, assemblies, and detailed fabrication drawings using GD&T.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to validate fixture concepts, support trials, and resolve shop-floor issues.
• Support Robotic Automation activities.
• Drive process capability and productivity improvements through effective fixture solutions.
• Support fixture design based on project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
