Account Manager/Sales Agent with English (+ AR, BG, RO, or CZ)

From bidding to global delivery, we simplify the process of giving a second life to used cars.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Sales Agent to join our International Sales Team in Zhytomyr. This role is for a true car enthusiast and natural closer. If you know how to adapt your pitch to absolutely anyone - from a nervous first-time bidder to a high-volume B2B dealer - this role is for you. Get ready to sell cars to a completely global audience!

Responsibilities  

• Connect with daily leads and guide them on how to buy cars from US auto auctions through our platform.
• Handle the entire purchase cycle - from advising on the winning bid and guiding through payments, to final delivery at the buyer's destination.
• Grow your assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide top-tier support, gather feedback, and build relationships to encourage customers repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both customers and internal global teams.

Requirements   

• Fluent verbal and written communication inEnglish is a must
  (additional knowledge of Arabic/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech is an advantage).
• Experience in car sales or astrong understanding of the US auto auction industry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts at once, and keep accurate records.
• Experience working with CRM tools, ZenDesk, and MS Office.

Terms & Schedule:

• Location: Zhytomyr, onsite.
• Format: Full-time, long-term B2B contract.
• Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 (Kyiv time).
• Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed as paid days off).
