The Opportunity

TheSenior Specialist Pricingposition works out of ourAustin, TXlocation in the Cardiac Rhythm ManagementDivision.

This is a fully onsite role.

As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.

TheSenior Specialist Pricing will be responsible for executing strategic pricing decisions and supporting analytics and messaging.

What You'll Work On

• Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals

• Identify pricing opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line growth

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Commercial on strategic alignment and financial planning

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for RGM KPIs

• Work with the commercial sales organization, finance and our Enterprise accounts group.

• Lead cross-collaboration conversations to bring creative value propositions that are both financially  robust and driving commercial penetration.

• Provide analytics on pricing trends, performance and project cadence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree

• Min 7 years of experience

• Master's degree preferred
