Auditor Evening Shift (57955)

Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into North America.  

Position Overview : 

Our rapidly growing business is seeking an accuracy driven Auditor. We are seeking a true team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and continue to stay focused and precise when reviewing customer orders.  

Main Responsibilities  

• Verify accuracy of outbound shipments.

• Verification of customer requirements and alignment. 

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement. 

• Ability to apply best practices while competing tasks.  

• Ability to navigate computer WMS software - Application and HTML tablet.  

• Ability to utilize Excel.  

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, training aids.  

• Navigate customer internet application.  

• Navigate UPS/FedEx Ship Software.  

• Order prioritization by ship dates.  

• Required to stand, lift and move (up to 50 pounds), and use hands for 8 hours. 

• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple activities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint with emphasis in Excel.
• Ability to stoop, stand, crawl as necessary to preform inventory tasks.
• Ability to repetitively lift 30 pounds for inventory, audit, and stack pattern processes.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Other duties and projects assigned, as needed.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
• This is an evening shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am. Overtime is required.
