Role Overview
The role holder is responsible for supporting the sales process for new equipment products across Otis – KSA including liaising with other teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for tender responses.The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents
• Coordinate for collections of documents to submit to client
• Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, quotations.
• Support for costing & estimation
• Prepare contract form and get approval from FOD for booking. Also, support to prepare the documents for booking.
• Pre-qualification preparation
• Material Submittal preparation.
• Creates record in CRM/Elog for new inquiries.
• Flash / booking forecast update
• All other work-related support needed by MP sales manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent
• Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience inwith sales operations in a construction/engineering organization
• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities  Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
