Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated data engineering or data warehousing experience.
  • Snowflake Expertise: Strong command of Snowflake architecture, resource monitors, zero-copy cloning, and time travel.
  • SQL & Programming: Advanced SQL writing skills (window functions, complex joins, query profiles) alongside intermediatePython for automation.
  • Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience withdbt and cloud orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect).
  • Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
