Program Manager (6077)

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aProgram Manager to join our Team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects in a program. Including:

  • Leading

  • Organizing

  • Budgeting

  • Managing staff within a Program.

Requirements:

• 15yrs managing all phases of Federal Govt. Planning, Programming Budget, and Execution

• Education requirement waived with PE or RA or 20yrs related experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

  • Engineering

  • Architecture,

  • Construction Mgmt.

  • Business Mgmt. or related field

Certification

• One of the following:

  • CCM

  • PMP

  • PMI-CP

  • PE

  • RA

  • 20yrs PM experience

Salary:$147,000 - $168,000
