NIH Procurement Analyst (6021)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and government contracting industry leader is looking for a  NIH Procurement Analyst to join our team in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

The Procurement Analyst shall provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support services to NIH, including:

• Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development

• Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations

• Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations

• Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout

• Analyze procurement data and generate reports

• Ensure compliance and support process improvements

Requirements:

• US Citizen

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.  Substitution: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.

• Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations.

• Experience analyzing Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), procurement workload, and contract performance metrics.

• Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems.

• Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data system

Position is located in Bethesda, MD

Salary – 60 - 140K commensurate on education and experience
