Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein de la Direction Financière, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Trésorerie et contribuerez aux activités suivantes :

• Participer au suivi quotidien des positions de trésorerie et à la consolidation des flux bancaires ;
• Contribuer à l'élaboration, à l'analyse et à la fiabilisation des prévisions de trésorerie à court et moyen terme ;
• Participer à la production et à l'amélioration des reportings de trésorerie, notamment le suivi du cash, des écarts entre réel et prévisionnel et des principaux indicateurs ;
• Contribuer aux projets de digitalisation et d'automatisation des processus de trésorerie, en particulier autour de FIS, Excel et des interfaces avec les systèmes financiers ;
• Contribuer aux activités Travel & Expense (T&E), notamment au contrôle des notes de frais, à l'analyse des anomalies et au suivi du respect de la politique voyages et dépenses ;

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en finance, trésorerie, finance d'entreprise ou école de commerce, par exemple au sein de TBS Education, Toulouse School of Economics, Toulouse School of Management / IAE Toulouse, ou d'une formation équivalente ;
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et êtes à l'aise avec l'analyse de données financières. Une connaissance de SAP ou d'un outil de trésorerie constitue un plus ;
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se), organisé(e), autonome et appréciez le travail en équipe ainsi que les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés ;
• Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
• Votre intérêt pour la trésorerie d'entreprise, les systèmes d'information financiers et l'amélioration des processus fera la différence.

What we will do together:

As an intern at ATR, you will be fully integrated into the team, with a genuine scope of work and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a market-leading company!

Within the Finance Department, you will join the Treasury team and contribute to the following activities:

• Support the daily monitoring of cash positions and the consolidation of bank flows;
• Contribute to the preparation, analysis and reliability of short- and medium-term cash forecasts;
• Participate in the production and improvement of treasury reporting, including cash monitoring, actual-versus-forecast analysis and key indicators;
• Contribute to treasury digitalisation and process automation projects, particularly involving FIS, Excel and interfaces with financial systems;
• Contribute to Travel & Expense (T&E) activities, including expense report reviews, analysis of exceptions and monitoring compliance with the travel and expense policy.

This internship is designed for you

• You are completing a Master's degree in finance, treasury, corporate finance or business, for example at TBS Education, Toulouse School of Economics, Toulouse School of Management / IAE Toulouse, or an equivalent institution;
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable analysing financial data. Knowledge of Power BI, SAP or a treasury management system would be an advantage;
• You are rigorous, curious, organised and autonomous, and you enjoy teamwork and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders;
• You have a good level of professional English, both written and spoken.
