- cartographier le processus actuel de réception, d’affectation, de traitement et de clôture des demandes ;
- recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs et identifier les risques, les doubles saisies et les tâches sans valeur ajoutée ;
- concevoir un formulaire standardisé de création des demandes, avec les informations et documents nécessaires à leur analyse ;
- définir les catégories de tickets, les niveaux de priorité, les statuts, les règles d’affectation, les notifications et les conditions de clôture ;
- définir et automatiser les indicateurs de pilotage : volume de demandes, délais de traitement, respect des échéances, ancienneté des tickets et répartition de la charge ;
- organiser les tests avec les futurs utilisateurs et intégrer leurs retours ;
- intérêt marqué pour la transformation digitale et l’optimisation des processus ;
- capacité à recueillir un besoin métier et à le traduire en exigences fonctionnelles ;
- esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
- autonomie et sens de l’organisation ;
- capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs métiers et informatiques ;
- bonnes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ;
- connaissance d’outils comme SAP, Copilot, SharePoint ou Power BI ;
- maîtrise avancée d’Excel ;
- première expérience avec un outil de workflow ou de ticketing ;
- notions de gestion de projet, de modélisation de processus ou de data visualisation ;

Today, requests are mainly received by email or forwarded directly to Repair Technical Analysts. Their tracking and the associated performance indicators are then managed through manual data entry in an Excel file. You will contribute to a concrete digital transformation project, from requirements analysis through to testing an initial solution with future users.
Proposed missions:
Supported by the Repairs Engineering team and working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, you will be involved in:
- mapping the current process for receiving, assigning, processing, and closing requests;
- gathering user requirements and identifying risks, duplicate data entries, and non-value-added activities;
- designing a standardized request creation form, including all information and documentation required for analysis;
- defining ticket categories, priority levels, statuses, assignment rules, notifications, and closure criteria;
- defining and automating performance indicators, including request volumes, processing times, on-time completion, ticket aging, and workload distribution;
- organizing testing sessions with future users and incorporating their feedback;
- preparing documentation, user guides, and deployment support materials.
By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to producing a target process map, functional specifications, a ticketing tool prototype, a performance dashboard, and a roadmap for the continuation of the project.
This internship is for you if:

- advanced Excel skills;
- initial experience with a workflow or ticketing tool;
- knowledge of project management, process modeling, or data visualization;
