Job Details:

Role :- Atlassian Migration Engineer (Jira / Confluence Apps) with strong Data Center to Cloud migration using JCMA and CCMA
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-migration assessments, data cleansing, and remediation activities including duplicate records, invalid user accounts, email corrections, and oversized attachments.
  • Execute Jira and Confluence migrations from Server/Data Center to Cloud using JCMA and CCMA migration tools.
  • Migrate, validate, and reconfigure Atlassian Marketplace applications including Xray, ActivityTimeline, and ProForma.
  • Rebuild and validate critical reports in Report Builder, including Aseem, Payroll, Business Central Export, and Engineering reports.
  • Conduct post-migration validation and resolve issues related to permissions, boards, filters, dashboards, and automation rules.
  • Troubleshoot migration defects, data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and user access issues.
  • Work closely with business users and platform administrators to ensure migration readiness and successful adoption.
  • Perform hands-on data handling, reconciliation, and verification activities until CUI clearance and migration sign-off are confirmed.
  • Maintain migration documentation, runbooks, validation records, and post-migration support artifacts.

Preferred Skills: Jira Administration, Confluence Administration, JCMA, CCMA, Xray, Activity-Timeline, ProForma, Report Builder, Atlassian Cloud Migration, Data Validation, and Troubleshooting.
