Must Have expertise in Jira development
Responsibilities
· Configure and administer Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
· Work with various departments/product owners to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools.
· Perform upgrades and ensure the security and compliance of the Atlassian environment.
· Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
· Integrate Atlassian tools with other software applications.
· Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
· Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Atlassian tools.
Requirements
· Extensive experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo, Jira Service Management. Jira Align a plus.
· Strong background in software development and project management.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Groovy.
· Knowledge of database management and SQL.
· Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with a Jira Cloud Migration from Server or Data Center or support of Jira Cloud
· Experience working with multiple instances of Jira within an enterprise
· Experience assessing and supporting plugins from the Atlassian marketplace
· Experience managing enterprise automations and scripts within Atlassian tools
