Technical Recruitment Associate

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We're looking for driven Technical Recruitment Associates to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

This is where a real recruitment career starts. You'll support full cycle hiring for our clients across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technology, spanning software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech. Alongside that, you'll support non technical hiring across functions. The mix usually sits at around 60% technical and 40% non technical, and it shifts with client demand. You'll learn fast because you'll be doing the work from day one, sourcing, screening and speaking to candidates every single day. We'll give you the exposure and the guidance, and you bring the energy, the hunger to learn and the commitment to put in the effort it takes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sourcing & Talent Engagement

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, tech communities and referrals
• Reach out to candidates, build relationships and keep them engaged throughout the process
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring technical and non technical roles
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every step

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, motivation and fit
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and shortlists for the recruitment team and clients
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates through feedback, offers and joining

Recruitment Support

• Support Recruitment Partners on high volume campaigns and niche searches
• Gradually take ownership of your own requisitions as you grow
• Learn the technical landscape well enough to hold credible conversations with candidates

Process & Data

• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in our ATS
• Track your own activity and pipeline metrics, and share regular progress updates
• Pick up market insights along the way, from salary trends to in demand skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to technical roles
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are genuinely eager to learn, hands on, and ready to take full ownership of their growth
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Genuine interest in technology and the tech job market
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello and similar tools; ATS experience (Workable and/or Teamtailor) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people over the phone
• Self motivated, resilient and able to keep up in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Organised, detail oriented and quick to act on feedback

  • Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1 hour break)
