  • Drive adoption of enterprise data governance standards and best practices.
  • Lead and develop a team, providing performance coaching and ensuring consistent execution of data governance activities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience analyzing or managing data within corporate functions (e.g., HR/Legal/Audit) or non-financial risk (e.g., operational risk, compliance risk, model risk, technology risk).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, governance, controls, reporting, and operational management practices.
  • Ability to explain complex business, risk, or control concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting enterprise governance, risk, compliance, audit, HR, legal, technology governance, or operational management activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business functions and influence change without direct authority.
