Overview/ 概要

• Project Managerは、STACKデータセンターにおけるプロジェクトの実行管理を担当します。

  The Project Manager manages the execution of projects within STACK data center facilities.

• Project Directorの指導のもと、プロジェクトを中心にプロジェクト管理を行います。

  The role typically manages projects under the supervision of Project Director.

• Project Managerは、日々のプロジェクト調整および進行管理を担当しながら、関係者と連携してデリバリー戦略およびプロジェクトを進めます。

  The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination while collaborating with the relative parties on delivery strategy and project goal objectives.

  Manage DC projects

• 顧客および社内チームとの調整

  Coordinate with clients and internal teams

• プロジェクト予算管理

  Support project budgeting and cost control

• プロジェクトエクスキューション準備

  Prepare project execution plans

• 購買計画の策定

  Develop procurement plans

• RFP / RFQ作成および発行

  Prepare and issue RFP/RFQ

• 見積査定および比較評価

  Evaluate vendor quotations

• ベンダー契約および発注業務

  Manage vendor contracting and procurement

• 設計者・施工会社との調整

  Coordinate with consultants and contractors

• スケジュール・コスト・リスク管理

  Manage project schedule, cost, and risk

• 施工進捗、安全、品質管理

  Monitor construction progress, safety, and quality

• 社内開発・エンジニアリングチームとの連携

  Collaborate with internal engineering and development teams

• Senior Project Managerへのプロジェクト報告

  Provide project reporting to the Project Director

Key Details:

Location: Tokyo, Japan.

Travel: 15-20%.

Language: Native Japanese; Secondary English (conversational-level).

Required Qualifications / 応募要件

• PM/CMコンサルタントまたはゼネコンまたはサブコン設備会社における管理経験（10年以上）
  10+ years of experience in construction management with a general contractor or engineering contractor.

• 監理者もしくは現場監督または工事課長レベルの経験
  Experience equivalent to site manager or construction section manager.

• 建築・電気・機械設備いずれかの専門知識
  Expertise in architectural, electrical, or mechanical systems.

• 大規模建設プロジェクトの工程管理経験
  Experience managing schedules for large-scale construction projects.

• 日本語での業務遂行能力
  Professional working proficiency in Japanese.

• 英語力は必須ではありませんが、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方は歓迎します。
  English proficiency is not required but would be considered an advantage.

• 国際的なプロジェクト環境で働きながら英語力を高めたい方も歓迎します。
  Candidates who are motivated to develop their English skills while working in an international environment are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎要件

• データセンターまたはミッションクリティカル施設のプロジェクト経験があれば尚可
  Experience in administrative support for Data Centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable

• ハイパースケールまたはコロケーション型データセンター環境での業務経験があれば尚可

• Experience working in hyperscale or colocation data centre environments is an advantage

• BIM マネージメント経験
  Experience with BIM coordination processes.

• PROCORE、Aconex、Autodesk Construction Cloudなどの建設プロジェクト管理システムの利用経験
  Experience with construction project management platforms such as PROCORE, Aconex, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• その他のプロジェクト管理アプリケーションの利用経験
  Experience using other project management applications is also welcome.

• 外資系プロジェクト経験
  Experience working with international clients or teams
