L’opportunité

Nous recherchons un(e) Lead Engineer Projet expérimenté(e) pour piloter la réalisation technique de projets et d’appels d’offres HVDC.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Piloter et coordonner des équipes d’ingénierie internationales et multidisciplinaires.
• Gérer les activités techniques liées aux projets et aux appels d’offres.
• Être l’interlocuteur technique principal des clients, autorités, sous-traitants et partenaires de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
• Garantir que les livrables d’ingénierie respectent le périmètre, les exigences qualité, le budget, le planning et les obligations contractuelles.
• Travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec des parties prenantes internationales.

Votre contribution

• Piloter l’ensemble des activités d’ingénierie tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Coordonner les différentes disciplines : génie électrique, mécanique, civil, structure, automatisation et logiciels.
• Veiller à ce que les solutions d’ingénierie reposent sur des informations multidisciplinaires complètes et fiables.
• Développer des solutions techniques adaptées à des projets complexes et à des enjeux d’ingénierie spécifiques.
• Définir et revoir le périmètre technique, les plannings, les plans de travail et les estimations de coûts.
• Identifier les risques techniques et mettre en place les mesures d’atténuation appropriées.
• Garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, de qualité et de conformité contractuelle.
• Apporter un support technique lors des phases d’essais, d’installation et de mise en service.
• Préparer, revoir et approuver les spécifications techniques, les contrats et la documentation projet.
• Fournir des solutions d’ingénierie compétitives dans le respect du budget et des délais convenus.
• Être l’interlocuteur/trice technique principal/e des clients et des parties prenantes externes.
• Le cas échéant, agir en tant qu’autorité de conception pour une discipline d’ingénierie spécifique.

Votre profil

• Diplôme universitaire en génie électrique ou dans une autre discipline d’ingénierie pertinente.
• Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire de leadership technique.
• Une expérience dans les technologies HVDC, le transport d’électricité ou les systèmes haute tension constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire.
• Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage d’équipes d’ingénierie multidisciplinaires et internationales.
• Solides compétences en coordination de projets, planification et gestion des risques.
• Capacité à gérer des discussions techniques complexes et les attentes des différentes parties prenantes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et prise de décision.
• Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et capacité à fournir des résultats de haute qualité.
• Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• La maîtrise d’autres langues constitue un avantage.

• Capacité à établir et à mettre en œuvre des plans opérationnels dans son domaine de responsabilité.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experiencedProject Lead Engineer to lead the technical delivery of HVDC projects and tenders.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate global, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Manage technical activities across projects and tenders.
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers, authorities, contractors and supply-chain partners.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Work independently while collaborating with international stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead all engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, automation and software engineering disciplines.
• Ensure that engineering solutions are based on complete and accurate multidisciplinary information.
• Develop technical solutions for complex projects and engineering challenges.
• Define and review engineering scope, schedules, work plans and cost estimates.
• Monitor technical risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical support during testing, installation and commissioning.
• Prepare, review and approve technical specifications, contracts and project documentation.
• Deliver cost-effective engineering solutions within the agreed budget and schedule.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and external stakeholders.
• Where applicable, act as the Design Authority for a specific engineering discipline.

Your Background

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least five years of experience in a similar technical leadership role.
• Experience in HVDC, power transmission or high-voltage systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
• Strong project coordination, planning and risk-management skills.
• Ability to manage challenging technical discussions and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver high-quality results.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

• Able to establish and implement operational plans within the area of responsibility.
• Experienced in developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or engineering solutions.
