L’opportunité

Nous recherchons un(e) Lead Engineer Projet expérimenté(e) pour piloter la réalisation technique de projets et d’appels d’offres HVDC.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Piloter et coordonner des Ă©quipes d’ingĂ©nierie internationales et multidisciplinaires.
  • GĂ©rer les activitĂ©s techniques liĂ©es aux projets et aux appels d’offres.
  • ĂŠtre l’interlocuteur technique principal des clients, autoritĂ©s, sous-traitants et partenaires de la chaĂ®ne d’approvisionnement.
  • Garantir que les livrables d’ingĂ©nierie respectent le pĂ©rimètre, les exigences qualitĂ©, le budget, le planning et les obligations contractuelles.
  • Travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec des parties prenantes internationales.

Votre contribution

  • Piloter l’ensemble des activitĂ©s d’ingĂ©nierie tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Coordonner les diffĂ©rentes disciplines : gĂ©nie Ă©lectrique, mĂ©canique, civil, structure, automatisation et logiciels.
  • Veiller Ă  ce que les solutions d’ingĂ©nierie reposent sur des informations multidisciplinaires complètes et fiables.
  • DĂ©velopper des solutions techniques adaptĂ©es Ă  des projets complexes et Ă  des enjeux d’ingĂ©nierie spĂ©cifiques.
  • DĂ©finir et revoir le pĂ©rimètre technique, les plannings, les plans de travail et les estimations de coĂ»ts.
  • Identifier les risques techniques et mettre en place les mesures d’attĂ©nuation appropriĂ©es.
  • Garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sĂ©curitĂ©, de qualitĂ© et de conformitĂ© contractuelle.
  • Apporter un support technique lors des phases d’essais, d’installation et de mise en service.
  • PrĂ©parer, revoir et approuver les spĂ©cifications techniques, les contrats et la documentation projet.
  • Fournir des solutions d’ingĂ©nierie compĂ©titives dans le respect du budget et des dĂ©lais convenus.
  • ĂŠtre l’interlocuteur/trice technique principal/e des clients et des parties prenantes externes.
  • Le cas Ă©chĂ©ant, agir en tant qu’autoritĂ© de conception pour une discipline d’ingĂ©nierie spĂ©cifique.

Votre profil

  • DiplĂ´me universitaire en gĂ©nie Ă©lectrique ou dans une autre discipline d’ingĂ©nierie pertinente.
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expĂ©rience dans une fonction similaire de leadership technique.
  • Une expĂ©rience dans les technologies HVDC, le transport d’électricitĂ© ou les systèmes haute tension constitue un atout, sans ĂŞtre obligatoire.
  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e dans le pilotage d’équipes d’ingĂ©nierie multidisciplinaires et internationales.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en coordination de projets, planification et gestion des risques.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer des discussions techniques complexes et les attentes des diffĂ©rentes parties prenantes.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication, collaboration et prise de dĂ©cision.
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilitĂ©s et capacitĂ© Ă  fournir des rĂ©sultats de haute qualitĂ©.
  • MaĂ®trise courante du français et de l’anglais, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experiencedProject Lead Engineer to lead the technical delivery of HVDC projects and tenders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate global, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Manage technical activities across projects and tenders.
  • Serve as the main technical contact for customers, authorities, contractors and supply-chain partners.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule and contractual requirements.
  • Work independently while collaborating with international stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead all engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, automation and software engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure that engineering solutions are based on complete and accurate multidisciplinary information.
  • Develop technical solutions for complex projects and engineering challenges.
  • Define and review engineering scope, schedules, work plans and cost estimates.
  • Monitor technical risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical support during testing, installation and commissioning.
  • Prepare, review and approve technical specifications, contracts and project documentation.
  • Deliver cost-effective engineering solutions within the agreed budget and schedule.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers and external stakeholders.
  • Where applicable, act as the Design Authority for a specific engineering discipline.

Your Background

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar technical leadership role.
  • Experience in HVDC, power transmission or high-voltage systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
  • Strong project coordination, planning and risk-management skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging technical discussions and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.

  • Recognized technical expert with advanced knowledge in an engineering discipline.
  • Able to establish and implement operational plans within the area of responsibility.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or engineering solutions.
