Association Manager - SunStream Hotels & Resorts

Responsible for providing overall administrative support for the daily business operations, physical maintenance, and financial administration of the community associations managed by SunStream.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous Community Association Manager experience required.
• Maintain an active/current DBPR Community Association Manager’s license.
• Maintain annual continuing education for Community Association Managers.
• Familiarity with the FS718 and FS721, and related Florida Administrative Code.
• Ability to become familiar with the condominium documents of each managed association, local property laws, and association software.
• Familiarity with basic accounting.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and dedicated commitment to excellence. 
• Ability to define problems, prioritize, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to deal effectively and interact well with the staff throughout all levels of SunStream Hotels & Resorts, LLC
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Ability to speak effectively in a public environment. 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
• Ability to organize and facilitate Zoom and/or Teams meeting platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook mail systems.  Ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets for budgets, analysis, project schedules, etc. Ability to write routine reports, letters, and correspondence.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro software.
