What we’re looking for: Someone to serve as an intermediate-level relationship manager within the Trust & Wealth Management department, responsible for administering and retaining a portfolio of client relationships. Someone to function as an apprentice advisor, managing primarily smaller and less complex accounts—including investment management and IRA relationships—while developing the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for advancement. Someone accountable for delivering high-quality fiduciary services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client retention. This role may support more senior advisors on larger, more complex relationships and is encouraged to participate in business development activities, though consistent production is not required.

What would make you a great fit:

  • You have a strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and the fundamentals of relationship-based sales.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have knowledge of investment regulations, compliance requirements, and fiduciary standards.
  • You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring alignment with client risk tolerance, financial objectives, and long-term goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Administer investment management, IRA, endowment, and custody accounts in compliance with fiduciary standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular client outreach through phone calls, emails, written correspondence, and in-person meetings to address needs and provide proactive service.
  • Complete periodic account reviews, including investment allocation oversight, to ensure alignment with client objectives and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and generate referrals.
  • Partner with internal teams and centers of influence to support client needs and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Represent the bank in the community through networking, service organizations, and community involvement activities.

What you must have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Previous investment experience
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the wealth management industry

What might set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field
  • Progress toward, or interest in pursuing, professional designations and/or additional industry licenses
  • Previous exposure to fiduciary, trust, retirement, or investment account administration

What you get: A fun, challenging work environment with an emphasis on family, community, and technology.
