Associate (Valuations)

Responsibilities

·Working with the U.S. business valuation teams engaged in the valuation of business enterprises, equity interests, financial instruments and intangible assets for regulatory, financial and tax purposes

·Working on building financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research etc

·Working on valuation products (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820 and ASC 718 / IRC 409A etc.) along with seniors in the U.S. and INDUS

·Interacting with managers / seniors in the U.S. and INDUS
