Associate Textile Designer
House of Noa, a renowned lifestyle brand specializing in functional and stylish home products, is seeking acreative and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the design and development of our product lines, collaborating closely with the design team to bring innovative concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Designer, your time will be allocated across the following key areas:
Product Design & Development
Assist in the conceptualization and execution of new product designs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and functional goals.
Develop new artworks for various products across categories.
Research materials, trends, and competitive products to inform the design process.
Technical Files & Production Support
Create and maintaintech packs, ensuring accuracy in design specifications, material details, and construction notes.
Supportsize expansions and design iterations, ensuring consistency across product lines.
Partner with production teams to ensure design intent is upheld through sampling and manufacturing.
Visual Presentation & Communication
Preparemood boards, color palettes, and design decks for internal presentations.
Assist in creatingpolished, presentation-ready materials for team meetings and product launches.
Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in home, textiles, or apparel.
Proficiency inAdobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with building repeats and the basics of textile design techniques.
Strong understanding oftextiles, pattern design, and color theory.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and design development.
