About the role
Globalpundits is hiring an Associate Systems Analyst for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll help gather and document business and technical requirements and turn them into functional specifications. Depending on the team, you'll work on Maximo and SSIS, NextAxiom integration, or corporate business applications.

What you'll do

• Help gather and document business and technical requirements under general supervision
• Support analysis of current-state business processes and systems
• Draft functional specifications from requirements, following established templates and methods
• Document process flows, meeting notes, open issues and decisions
• Work with business users and technical team members to clarify requirements
• Escalate complex requirements or gaps to senior analysts

What we're looking for

• Up to 4 years of experience in business or systems analysis, requirements documentation or a related role
• Exposure to Maximo, SSIS, NextAxiom or similar integration platforms, or corporate business applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Attention to detail and comfort with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Excel or Confluence
