As a contract position, the role spans 12 months and requires experience in access control management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and ensure timely onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls to enforce security policies.
• Provide support for access-related issues and collaborate with teams for troubleshooting.
• Participate in access reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Analyze requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with a record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in data querying, reporting, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
