Associate/Senior Associate- UA

Role Overview

You will play a key role in planning and executing campaigns to attract new users to our existing and upcoming game titles. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, optimising campaign performance, and ensuring efficient utilisation of marketing budgets across multiple performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels such asGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and other ad networks to achieve KPIs and growth targets.

• Track, analyse, and optimise ad campaigns to maximise revenue across the company’s diverse portfolio of games.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarilyCreative, Product, and Analytics, to develop effective ad creatives, optimise landing pages, and enhance the overall user journey.

• Support technical troubleshooting, includingMMP integrations and Reporting APIs, to ensure accurate reporting using in-house tracking technologies and tools.

• Stay up to date with the latestindustry trends, tools, and technologies to keep user acquisition campaigns competitive and innovative.

• Manage campaign budgets and forecast spending, with a strong focus oncost-effective user acquisition and ROI.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and monitoring campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.

• Experience in a marketing agency is a must.

• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

• Ability to independently createmanagement reports and performance comparisons using tools such as ad network consoles, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent command ofEnglish, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.

• Prior experience working closely withcreative/design teams is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience withApp Store Optimisation (ASO) for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Awareness of social media platforms and tools fororganic and paid user acquisition, such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram.

• Experience working with additional advertising networks and platforms such asUnity Ads, Mobile OEM Ad Platforms, Airtel Ads, etc.

• Experience ininfluencer marketing for digital products.

• Experience withSQL or other database tools.
