What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Knowledge ofGMP Document and Record Management, including document issuance, retrieval, archival, retention, and disposition.
• Knowledge ofPDOCs, SDS, p-Log, Therefore, CICR, and electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge ofofficial print management, audit trail review, metadata verification, document scanning, and record tracking.
• Understanding ofDocument Lifecycle Management, including document creation, review, approval, issuance, archival, retrieval, retention, and obsolescence.
• Familiarity withEnterprise Records Retention Schedule (ERRS) requirements and records compliance practices.
• Knowledge oflogbook management, secure bin management, and document storage administration.
• Understanding ofchange control, impact assessment, and Quality Systems processes.
• Experience usingAI-powered tools, such asMicrosoft Copilot andChatGPT, to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• B.Pharma, M.Pharma or MSC with1 to 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness towork in shifts-based operations as required by business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Document management & digital applications experience

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance
