Job Description:

1. Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of scalable Java microservices.

2. Drive the adoption of best practices for API/Microservices testing, utilizing frameworks like RestAssured.

3. Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Azure DevOps.

4. Architect and manage containerized applications deployed on Kubernetes.

5. Develop and implement automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, or Python to streamline operations and deployments.

6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

7. Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.

8. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software systems through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

10. Drive problem-solving and analytical efforts for complex technical challenges across the software development lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

* 12-16 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on architecture and leadership.

* Deep expertise in Java Microservices development and distributed systems. * Proficiency in API/Microservices testing methodologies and tools, including RestAssured.

* Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and project management.

* Strong command of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

* Advanced scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, and Python for automation and system administration.

* Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and event-driven architectures.

* Experience with full-stack development concepts, including UI, backend, and API integration.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
