Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in Dimensional Data Modeling to lead the design and optimization of enterprise data models for advanced analytics and reporting

Job Description

Design and implement dimensional data models that support efficient data storage retrieval and reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data modeling solutions Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across dimensional data models Optimize existing data models for scalability performance and maintainability Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in dimensional data modeling Provide technical guidance on data modeling standards frameworks and methodologies within the organization Work closely with data engineers analysts and BI developers to integrate data models into analytic platforms and BI tools

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend design and development of dimensional data models aligned with business needs

Analyze complex datasets to create robust scalable and reusable data models

Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate business requirements into technical data modeling solutions

Identify opportunities to improve data architecture and streamline data workflows

Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and organizational standards

Mentor and guide junior team members on dimensional data modeling techniques and best practices

Document data modeling processes standards and maintain technical documentation for audits and knowledge sharing
