Deep handson expertise in agentic AI and LLMbased systems including multiagent orchestration RAG evaluation frameworks LLMOpsMLOps AI observability governance and security

Experience architecting enterprisescale cloud platforms distributed systems developer platforms data platforms or DevOpsCICD automation

Proven track record of transforming how engineering organisations build test and deliver software using AIassisted or agentic development tools

Strong judgement in ambiguous technical environments where architecture product security operations and business value intersect

Strong builder mindset with the ability to code prototype quickly and lead through demonstration

Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategy and tradeoffs to VP Clevel customer partner and industry audiences
