- Maintain an active clinical practice: Deliver patient-centered care while balancing patient appointments with administrative and leadership responsibilities.
- Strengthen quality and outcomes: Participate in peer reviews, chart audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical performance assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advance clinical standards: Help develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Partner across the organization: Collaborate with the Medical Director, Clinic Director, and interdisciplinary teams to address clinical challenges, improve workflows, and enhance the patient experience.
- Support compliance and safety: Promote adherence to applicable federal, state, Tribal, HRSA, CMS, payer, and accreditation requirements, including patient safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality standards.
- Support a connected care model: Encourage coordination among clinical services, including Behavioral Health and Radiology as appropriate.
- Contribute to organizational growth: Identify practical solutions, support provider education and onboarding, and help strengthen the systems that allow our teams to deliver effective, accessible care.
