Job Description:

Job Summary：

Lead Mars Snacking Ice Cream category brand development and growth strategy, including portfolio management, occasion building, and go-to-market strategy.

What will be your main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Innovation & Portfolio
  • Lead Ice Cream’s beyond-product innovation with aligned strategy and concepts.
• Go-to-market Strategy
  • Represent Ice Cream in Mini/CVS channels, New Retail, and E-com channels
  • Provide channel insights to support brand growth strategy
• Communication & Activations
  • Lead Ice Cream’s communication strategy and marketing campaign activation.
  • Direct cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver brand activations in a quality and effective manner, and manage global sharing and communication.

What we are expecting:

• 8 years or above brand marketing experience in top FMCG companies
• Proven record in brand marketing across multi-media platforms, including digital, social & experiential.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Be a creative and strategic thinker, with a strong consumer-centric mindset to apply an insight-driven approach.
• Have experience working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally in a complex and challenging environment.
• Be comfortable working with changes and ambiguity, and be innovative to make breakthroughs.
• Have a can-do spirit, passion for winning, strong people agility, and be self-motivated.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
