About The Job:
- Lead recruitment delivery for assigned businesses or hiring programmes, drive sourcing strategy and governance, and partner with stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own recruitment delivery for assigned portfolios or accounts.
- Develop hiring and sourcing strategies for volume, lateral, niche and business-critical requirements.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders on hiring priorities and fulfilment.
- Monitor pipeline health, ageing, delivery risks and recruitment outcomes.
- Drive resolution of hiring bottlenecks and recruitment escalations.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and process adherence.
- Drive recruitment reviews, governance and stakeholder updates.
- Focus on fulfilment, quality, time-to-hire and recruitment efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for sourcing channel and process optimization.
- Support large hiring ramps and critical talent requirements.
