Associate Manager/Manager – Talent Delivery
Role Overview
NR Consulting is looking for an experiencedAssociate Manager / Manager, Talent Delivery with strong U.S. staffing experience. The candidate must have prior experience supportingAerospace client requirements and should be able to manage recruiters, drive submissions, improve delivery quality, and ensure timely closures across engineering, manufacturing, production, assembly, technician, quality, skilled trade, and industrial roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiters working on U.S. staffing requirements.
- Drive delivery for Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Assembly, Quality, Technician, Skilled Trade, and Industrial roles.
- Review job requirements, assign roles to recruiters, and define sourcing strategy.
- Monitor daily submissions, candidate quality, turnaround time, interview activity, and closures.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, technical skill matching, pay rate negotiation, location matching, and candidate engagement.
- Coordinate with account managers, delivery leadership, and client-facing teams.
- Ensure recruiters understand Aerospace client expectations, technical requirements, safety standards, shift needs, compliance requirements, and candidate quality benchmarks.
- Track performance through daily reports, dashboards, submission trackers, and pipeline reviews.
- Support recruiter training, performance feedback, escalation handling, and process improvement.
- Maintain strong delivery discipline, speed, quality, and client responsiveness.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. staffing recruitment or talent delivery.
- Prior experience working withAerospace clients is required.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, production, assembly, quality, technician, skilled trade, and industrial roles.
- Good knowledge of U.S. locations, pay rates, shifts, work authorization, candidate availability, and staffing workflows.
- Strong communication, team management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office in a North America-aligned shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with direct client, MSP/VMS, contract, contract-to-hire, and W2 hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage high-volume delivery while maintaining submission quality.
- Strong understanding of recruiter productivity metrics and delivery performance management.

The ideal candidate should be delivery-focused, hands-on, and strong in team management. The person should understand Aerospace staffing urgency, recruiter productivity, technical screening quality, and how to move requirements fast without compromising submissions.
