Associate Manager/Manager – Service Delivery

Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for an experiencedAssociate Manager / Manager, Service Delivery with strong U.S. healthcare staffing experience. The candidate should have minimum5+ years of healthcare staffing experience, with strong exposure toAllied Healthcare roles.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage delivery teams, drive submissions, improve candidate quality, support client requirements, and ensure timely closures across Allied, clinical, non-clinical, therapy, imaging, laboratory, nursing support, and other healthcare staffing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare staffing delivery for U.S. client requirements.
• Lead and guide recruiters working on Allied Healthcare, clinical, non-clinical, therapy, imaging, laboratory, and support roles.
• Drive daily submissions, candidate quality, interview activity, closures, and recruiter productivity.
• Review job requirements, assign roles to recruiters, and define sourcing strategies.
• Work heavily on Allied roles such as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, PTA, COTA, Radiology Technologist, Surgical Technologist, Medical Technologist, Lab Technician, Respiratory Therapist, and similar roles.
• Support hiring across other healthcare roles including nursing support, behavioral health, administrative, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations.
• Coordinate with account managers, delivery leadership, and client-facing teams.
• Ensure recruiters understand license requirements, certifications, shift details, pay rates, location fit, compliance needs, and client expectations.
• Track delivery performance through reports, dashboards, submission trackers, and pipeline reviews.
• Train, mentor, and performance-manage recruiters to improve speed, quality, and closures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing.
• Strong experience inAllied Healthcare staffing is required.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiters will be preferred.
• Good understanding of healthcare roles, licenses, certifications, shifts, pay rates, work authorization, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume delivery with quality submissions.
• Strong communication, team management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working from the Noida office in a North America-aligned shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with direct client, MSP/VMS, contract, contract-to-hire, and travel or local healthcare staffing.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, healthcare databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, ShiftWise, Medefis, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Allied Healthcare candidate sourcing and market challenges.
• Ability to manage urgent requirements, niche roles, and multiple client priorities.
