Our client, a highly-esteemed litigation boutique in downtown Toronto is in search of a Commercial Litigator to join their growing practice.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and real estate litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and managing all stages of litigation from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will have excellent advocacy and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

What You Bring
As the ideal candidate, you possess 5+ years' experience independently managing complex litigation files in a fast-paced environment. You are a member in good standing with the LSO and act as a zealous advocate on behalf of your client. Salary: $130,000-$160,000 per annum
