We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Streamline reports for team members and ensure delivery of regular reporting
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including both Windows and MAC environments
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests related to both Windows and MAC
Providing technical support across the company for both Windows and MAC users
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of routers, switches, and backup systems integral to network functionality
VPN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Basic troubleshooting and escalation of WiFi, VPN, and other network issues

Requirements and skills:

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience in managing LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
Familiarity with system installations like laptop installations.
Knowledge of installing different operating systems-Windows, macOS, Linux.
Must understand digital security tools like two factor authentication etc.
Must understand G-Suite

Communication and Presentation Skills

Ability to communicate to non-technical staff on the thought and process behind the technical issues that have taken place.
Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
