Associate III - Product Design

We are looking for a creative and user-focusedProduct Designer with strong expertise inHuman-Centred Design (HCD) andService Design to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform business and customer needs into innovative product solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver human-centred digital products that prioritize usability, accessibility, and customer delight.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate product vision into compelling user experiences.
• Develop design artifacts such asCustomer Journeys, Empathy Maps, Service Blueprints, Personas, and Experience Maps.
• Create user-centered interaction models, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready interfaces.
• Define and execute visual and interaction design across websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, kiosks, wearables, and emerging digital touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency with establishedDesign Systems,Brand Guidelines, and UX best practices.
• Design engaging visual experiences through effective use of typography, color, layouts, motion design, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Partner with development teams to ensure seamless implementation and an optimal end-user experience.
• Leverage modern design methodologies and AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, design exploration, and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design, Universal Design, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Service Design, or Human-Centred Design.
• Strong expertise inService Design andHuman-Centred Design (HCD), which are mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience designing complex digital products, platforms, and customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proficiency inFigma (mandatory) with hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready designs.
• Experience withAdobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, visual transitions, and dynamic user experiences.
• Familiarity with front-end development considerations, responsive design, browsers, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Exposure toGenerative AI tools for design ideation, content generation, prototyping, and workflow acceleration is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
