About the Role 

The Associate is an entry-level position offering hands-on experience in Growth Advisory.The role provides a strong learning curve while contributing to research, analysis, clientdeliverables and business growth initiatives across industries. 

Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable insights.
• Project Delivery: Support research, analysis and client deliverables while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Client Support: Assist with proposals, presentations and business development through research and content development.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, incorporate feedback and seek guidance when needed.
• Professional Development: Build industry knowledge and strengthen research, analytical and consulting skills.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Technology or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
• Research & Writing: Ability to conduct research, synthesise information and write clearly in English.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw logical conclusions.
• Business Acumen: Interest in industry trends, market dynamics and business challenges.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English, with a willingness to develop presentation skills.
• Teamwork & Learning: Collaborative, curious, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
