About the Role
We're looking for a growth-minded New Business Sales leader who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and creating new opportunities.This a hunter role focused on net-new logo acquisition across Financial Services β banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech, payments, and credit unions.
You'll partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify opportunities across digital transformation, customer experience, product innovation, AI, and engineering services. Working closely with consulting, design, product, and engineering teams, you'll shape opportunities from first conversation to signed engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drivenet-new logo growth across North Americaagainst a personal new-business number (ACV/TCV).
- Build and own your own pipeline β self-sourced through direct outreach, referrals, partner-sourced leads, and events.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Develop and execute territory and named-account growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities across digital transformation, product development, customer experience, AI, and engineeringβ including BFSI-specific drivers like fraud/financial crime and AML, core and payments modernization, digital banking, claims and underwriting, and wealth/capital-markets technology.
- Lead complex pursuits from discovery through proposal and close.
- Navigate regulated buying cycles β procurement, InfoSec, risk, and compliance stakeholders β alongside the economic buyer.
- Co-sell with alliance and platform partners (hyperscalers, ISVs, ecosystem vendors) to create and accelerate deals.
- Collaborate with consulting, design, product, and engineering teams to shape winning solutions.
- Represent at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and client priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 7β10+ years selling technology, consulting, digital, or engineering services into BFSI specifically (not generic services experience).
- A documented hunter track record β new ACV/TCV closed, consistent quota attainment.
- Proven success generating and closing new business.
- You can call an active network of BFSI buyers today.
- Strong executive relationships across North America.
- Experience leading complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales engagements with 6β12 month cycles.
- Awareness of BFSI drivers: regulatory pressure, financial crime, core/payments modernization, digital CX, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.

- CompeΜtitive base plus attractive incentive
- Remote, North America: East travel to clients and events as needed (50%).
