Are you a passionate Associate Dentist looking to join a fully private practice with an established patient base and the opportunity to develop your clinical interests?

Elliott McCarthy Dental Care in Hartlepool is looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team as an existing clinician reduces their days, creating an exciting opportunity to take over an established patient list and build upon the practice’s continued success.

With an existing client base, including plan patients and new patient opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow their private diary and provide high-quality, patient-focused dentistry.

The Opportunity

• Fully private practice with an established patient base.
• Opportunity to inherit patients from an experienced departing clinician, supporting continuity of care.
• Access to existing plan patients and new patient demand.
• A clinical opportunity covering general dentistry
• Potential to explore sedation provision, with the practice open to discussing this and other interests you may have 

Working Pattern

The practice is looking for a dentist to workthree days per week working 27 hours, ideally:

• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 

There may be flexibility to discuss the working pattern with the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dentist who enjoys delivering high-quality general dentistry.

A dentist with experience in sedation would be particularly welcome but is not a requirement. 

Remuneration

• 45% remuneration
• Established patient base with opportunities to grow your private diary.
• Opportunity to develop your clinical interests within a fully private setting.
