Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools.
- Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility: Undergraduates and graduates may apply..
- Experience: Freshers to less than 24 months – U1; more than 24 months – U2 ( Only voice experience to be considered 100% and Non Voice/Backend etc will have 50% weightage)
- Required Skills: Excellent voice communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office; typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
