Job Purpose:

To assist in providing advisory services, arranging capital, and placement of debt and equity securities to investors.

Providing long-term and project financing.

Maintaining relationships with Wholesale Banking clients to attain the bank’s objective of Brand leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Collateral Preparation and Pitching

Deal Execution

Industry and Company Research

Business Development

Assisting the team in pitching, ideation, and deal execution.

Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assisting senior bankers for equity transaction execution.

Adherence to defined timelines for delivery.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Any

MBA/CA from a premiere institute

Key Skills:

Strong analytical abilities

Knowledge of industry and companies

Conversant with handling corporate database

Good accounting knowledge

Good presentation skills

Prior experience in deal execution, especially documentation

Ability to build relationships

Experience Required:

1-3 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit.
