Role Description:  

Location: Hong Kong   

The GIS Specialist will provide application and production support for GIS platforms and related enterprise systems. 

Essential Responsibilities 

• Provide BAU GIS support 
• Incident and problem management 
• System maintenance, upgrades and security remediation 
• Performance monitoring and disaster recovery support 
• Process improvement and automation 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Degree in GIS, IT, Computer Science or related field 
• 3-5 years of GIS support experience 
• ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, Utility Network experience 
• Cantonese and English communication skills 

Desired Qualifications 

• Enterprise GIS support experience 
• Knowledge of databases, scripting, cloud and monitoring tools 

Desired Characteristics 

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
