Job Description:
1. Managing the end-to-end process of Contracting Operations or Contractor lifecycle management
2. Stakeholder Management – strong co-ordination among various teams like Recruiting team, Staffing team, Internal IT, Office services, Internal Applications etc.
3. Legal documents management- Maintenance and ensuring they are signed as per SLA.
4. Contractor Record management in HRIS
5. Being the point of contact for queries or issues related to contracting and facilitating resolutions
6. Managing high volume data with high accuracy levels
7. Being a consultant to contractors, recruiters and project teams on contracting
8. HR Data Analysis - Creating monthly reports and dashboards
9. Work with internal parties on compliance matters such as audits
10. Ensuring 100% accuracy and SLA for all processes
