Are you energetic, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Associates to join our team in various areas, including the Café, Admissions, and Skate Counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create aClean, Fun, Friendly, and Safe experience for every guest.
- Operate thecash register accurately, including providing correct change.
- Deliver excellent customer service usingEyes, Teeth (smiles), and Tone throughout every interaction.
- Ensure all adult skaters sign a waiver card upon entry.
- Understand and communicateskate rental policies, pricing, and how to verify personal skates brought into the facility.
- Be knowledgeable aboutcurrent session times,admission and café prices,promotions,coupons, and help sell items from theglow and candy carts.
- Keep assigned areasclean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Properly clean and operatekitchen equipment and prepare food as required.
- Know and diplomatically enforce facility rules.
- Help ensure the safety of skaters by preventing accidents and inspecting skate rentals before and after use.
- Work closely with theSession Manager,other team members, andDJ to address any issues or concerns during sessions.
- Follow allincident procedures and be ready to document any incidents with accuracy and detail.
- Encourage guests to sign up forbirthday cards andemail updates.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in other roles or departments as needed.
- Flexible scheduling available, includingevenings and weekends.
- Part-time role:20–25 hours per week.
- Pay range:$12.50–$14.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.
