Overview of Division/Department
The Asset Based Finance team is responsible for the origination, execution and ongoing management of securitisation and all types of asset based financing programs for FIs and corporate borrowers across APAC. The team is expected to identify suitable client, propose and structure new deals, manage due diligence, negotiate deal terms and conditions, execute and monitor structured finance transactions in Asia Pacific.About Us

Job Responsibilities
- Support senior members of the ABF team in the full life cycle of securitisation and asset based transactions from marketing to execution to transaction closing.
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books and RFP responses to clients with guidance from senior members of the ABF team
- Support discussions with relationship managers in a coordinated marketing effort for new transactions
- Support the team in the portfolio analysis, financial analysis, credit process and documentation review
- Structure and execute deals by working closely with Mizuho colleagues and external professionals
- Monitor ongoing transactions to ensure that loan parameters are within bounds
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate APCB's business operations, KYC and other supporting processes as assigned
- Conduct market and feasibility analysis in order to identify new clients and develop new financial solutions to expand business
- Adhere to compliance and other internal policies at all times
Job Requirements
- Relevant securitization experience in Banking and/or rating agencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3-5 years of analytical work experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in managing and interpreting data for analytical purposes
- Solid analytical capability, able to form and present conclusions and recommendations
- Team player with good time management skills
- Proactive and good problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and meet projects with a tight time frame
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-changing, global and regulated environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
