About the role
GlobalPundits is hiring an Associate Applications Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll support day-to-day leadership of application teams under the direction of senior management. Depending on the assignment, the teams cover cGMP and corporate business applications, or Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom-based integration applications. This is an onsite role.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day coordination of application teams under general supervision
• Track delivery quality, team tasks and resourcing needs, and report status to senior leadership
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on requests, priorities and issues
• Follow established procedures, tools and methods for application delivery and support
• Escalate complex resourcing, delivery or stakeholder issues to senior leads
• Contribute to application deliverables as a member of the leadership team

What we're looking for

• Up to 4 years of experience on or supporting IT application teams
• Exposure to cGMP and corporate business applications, or to Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom or similar integration platforms
• Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills
• Emerging leadership skills and interest in growing into an application management role
• Ability to work onsite full-time
